So far you have mastered lateral breathing, correct alignment and centring - so now we can teach correct movements whilst maintaining a strong centre. Not easy at first but with regular practice becomes an automatic movement. Learning co-ordination is an excellent mental and physical part of Pilates training. We always start with our small movements and build upon this foundation to more complicated sequences. We are therefore adding challenge, interest and progression to your practice. Always ensuring our previous principals as our foundation, Alignment, Breathing, Centring.... our 'A, B, and Císí.
