Only two classes done and body feels much better. Did a gym workout yesterday and normally have lots of tension in my neck/shoulder area the day after and I can't really feel anything this morning. “I have been attending Alison’s body control Pilate’s sessions for 3 years. I absolutely love Alison’s classes as her relaxed and nurturing approach to her teaching, makes you feel very comfortable and at ease throughout every class. I originally started Pilates to help with my recovery from a back and hip injury; the body control classes have benefited my recovery, allowing me to get back to playing sport.
Through my pregnancy I moved to attending Alison’s anti natal class, which was fantastic. This class really prepared my body and mind for the delivery of my baby boy. I am convinced that through my learning of how to control my breathing and becoming very body aware, enhanced the successful delivery process and allowed me to deliver naturally with no pain relief.
I was concerned that when falling pregnant my back and hips would not cope with carrying full term; this was not the case, thanks to Alison’s anti natal class. I highly recommend Alison’s classes especially if you are recovering from an injury or pregnant.”
