ABOUT ME

I qualified with my level 3 Body Control Pilates Matwork certification on the 12th January 2014.


Body Control Pilates is my lifestyle choice, as well as my working life.


In 2009 I experienced a severe back injury.   During my rehabilitation with my Physio, I was introduced to the Body Control Pilates Method. 


Practising this method on a regular basis through this journey to the current day, has enabled me to support not only the health of my spine, but of my overall health in general.   


I feel stronger, my posture and my general body awareness have all benefited and continue to benefit from regular practice.


I'm now lucky enough to be able to teach the method to others and work with a number of people who have also experienced back issues, along with various clients in all age groups who choose Body Control Pilates and attend class on a regular basis.


Body Control Pilates is a natural extension of my passion for health and to help my clients feel the best they can in body and mind. 


I am also qualified to teach studio equipment
