What is a Pilates reformer ? The reformer was invented by Joseph Pilates and is a bed-like frame with a flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels. Also included in Reformer classes are use of Ladder Barrel & Pilates Chair
Like other styles of Pilates, reformer is a phenomenal workout for your body's “powerhouse,” or your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, better balance and more stability, especially when in motion.
These classes are available in 1-1 sessions only and are designed as a prescriptive class for individual needs.

Springboard class is a mat-based Pilates workout that uses springs and levers attached to the wall-mounted “springboard”. This sweat-inducing class fuses classical pilates mat (which is super challenging in its own right)
